Consulting's ACE-Certified Personal Trainers are Tricia Bland and Lauren Rojas.  In their private fitness studio they provide targeted training, by addressing the specific needs of each individual with an assessment of their personal health history, physical mobility, and lifestyle. Each individual program promises to be based on the latest health and fitness science, integrating various fitness methods and technology.

PILATES INSTRUCTION

Pilates is a mind-body conditioning routine, by performing a series of exercises, which helps to build core stabilization, flexibility, strength, and coordination in the legs, abdominal region, arms, and back. In our private fitness studio, Pilates is taught on a mat or on a stability ball. We teach proper breathing methods to maintain spinal stability and generate core power.
